Director of Marketing

We are looking to hire an outstanding Marketing Director who will be in charge of leading our company’s marketing efforts. As a successful hire, you will be responsible for providing guidance to our marketing department by evaluating and developing marketing strategies, planning and coordinating marketing efforts, communicating the marketing plans to those involved, and building awareness and positioning for our company’s brands. You will also be working closely with our sales department to develop a pricing strategy that will help us maximize profits and market share. Finally, you will be in charge of organizing company conferences, trade shows, and major events.

To be considered for this position, you will need a bachelor’s degree (master’s preferred) in business, marketing or communications. You will also need to have proven experience in running a marketing team and marketing campaigns. High competency in project and stakeholder management is a huge advantage. executes strategies, along with Sales, to market the product or service.  The DOM works closely with the Product management, Sales, Finance, and Strategy teams.


  • Plan, direct, and coordinate all marketing efforts
  • Research and estimates market demand
  • Maintain an up to date and deep understanding of the competitive environment
  • Conduct and report market Surveys and assessments
  • Identifies and aligns our products with customers needs
  • Develop and revise our marketing strategy and marketing plan
  • Owns market strategy roadmap
  • Works closely with Product management
  • Building brand awareness and positioning
  • Works with leadership and sales to develop pricing strategies to maximize profits and market share while balancing customer satisfaction
  • Develop budgets including expenditures, research and development appropriations, return-on-investment and profit-loss projections
  • Support sales and lead generation efforts
  • Organize company conferences, trade shows, and major events
  • Develop and supervise the execution of PR, digital/social media and website marketing strategy
  • Certified HIPAA Privacy Associate (CHPA)


  • Requires a Bachelor’s degree in business (Masters preferred)
  • Minimum of 7+ years of marketing related experience
  • Minimum of 3+ years experience in marketing and running a marketing team
  • Must have superior organizational, written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be able to prepare and persuasively deliver high-quality presentations
  • Must have excellent business analytic and strategic marketing skills
  • Strong copywriting skills
  • Experience with digital marketing forms such as social media marketing and content marketing
  • Must have excellent Google Suite and Microsoft office skills
