Customer Champion

We are looking to hire an outstanding Customer Champion, our frontline resource to support and ensure our customer’s successful use of our products. You will work closely with our clients helping them resolve any issues in real-time.  We look for confident, patient, customer focused leaders to excel in this role.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with our customers as well as other members of the customer success team
  • Execute daily customer support operations including responding to customer inquiries and following up on reported issues
  • Communicate with Director of Customer Success and Product Development to ensure flawless execution of support
  • Maintain excellent verbal and written communication while multitasking amongst CS projects
  • Develop a fluency in Patient Pattern’s CRM management tool HubSpot
  • Communicate with customers via online chat and by email
  • Understand the workflow of each client or user
  • Replicate customer support issues and report them in detail to level 2 engineering support for further investigation
  • Research and develop a comprehensive knowledge of CMS policy
  • Generate customer reports
  • Follow Patient Pattern standard operating procedure for addressing support
  • Report on escalating customer support issues
  • Regular working hours are M-F, 9-5 or as directed by management

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred with a minimum of 2 years of related experience
  • Must have superior organizational, written and verbal communication skills
  • Must have excellent Google Suite and Microsoft office skills
  • Must have excellent customer service skills
  • Must be a good team player
  • Must be willing to work flexible hours and travel to meetings with Patient Pattern colleagues
