Steven Buslovich


Co-Founder, CEO

Dr. Buslovich is a practicing geriatrician and medical director of several nursing home and post-acute care facilities.  He is an active committee member in the American Geriatrics Society's (AGS).  He created the Technology Innovations Pavilion at the annual AGS conference where aging-focused startups collaborate with geriatricians.

Brett Kellgren developed Patient Pattern's frailty-based and proprietary Smart Survey software, dynamic care plan and care management platform from the ground up.  He is a full-stack developer and serial entrepreneur, with over 15 years of engineering and operations experience in both small and large enterprise development.  He continues to expand our products and manage technical strategy at Patient Pattern.

Margaret Sayers


VP Product and Research

Margaret Sayers is a Geriatric Nurse Practitioner and the Principal Investigator for the first research in the United States to validate the use of the Frailty Index to assess risk for bad outcomes in a hospital setting. Her findings were published in a renowned peer-reviewed aging journal. In addition to her Patient Pattern work, she serves the elderly as a Healthcare Advocate in Erie County, New York.

Hongdao Meng is a Health Economist with over 16 years of experience in population health and clinical outcomes research.  He has published over 40 peer-reviewed journal articles/book chapters in the field and has been a panel reviewer or chair for federal grants at multiple agencies administered by the US Department of Health and Human Services.  He is currently on the editorial board of two health care journals.

Brittany Baker came to Patient Pattern with specific expertise implementing and training new software systems. With over nine years of experience in pharmaceutical software instruction, she has been part of many successful launches of new technology from the ground up; minimizing clicks to maximize ease of use and streamlining processes by speeding up the learning curve with efficient messaging. As the Director of Customer Success, Brittany works directly with our clients to ensure a smooth integration with Patient Pattern by introducing system capabilities to every department at every facility.
